VP of Marketing
The VP will be an experienced strategic marketer who will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing against key product positioning and communication objectives. Responsibilities - Drive best-in-class marketing programs, positioning, events and packaging required to drive superior sales/marketing results
- Lead key partnership opportunities with Product Marketing team to identify and drive key sales/marketing opportunities
- Develop marketing plans identifying key programs, contest, positioning needs, and materials to enable sales to deliver on their strategic plan
- Lead market research programs to highlight user insight and drive usage of products
Qualifications
- 10+ years of marketing experience including marcom/PR with a proven track record of helping a sales organization achieve success
- Bachelor degree required, MBA desired
- A deep understanding of how marketing can effectively help a Sales Organization close new business and build existing business
- A deep understanding of positioning fundamentals and experience developing value propositions, positioning statements and sales messaging
- A strategic and insightful understanding of sales marketing strategy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
C++ developer
Core Responsibilities
- Design and deploy a high performance, globally synchronized multiple master OO database server in C++
- Python language constructs to represent financial instruments in an extensible, object oriented framework
- Translation of instruments into a functional stateless dependency graph, allowing distribution, layered scenario analysis
- Distribution framework to parallelize massive graph computations
Essential skills
- Exceptional C++ skills, for example understand how implement an FFT using template expansion, but know not to use it.
- Multithreading, networking, low level system development
- Programming language design, undertanding of how compilers work.
- Excellent communication skills. Ability to understand complex business & quantitative problems and translate that to a working design
